Wednesday dawned cool but fine and it has been sunny but now clouded over. We have a very large weather system headed for us out of the Tasman Sea that is going to cause all sorts of chaos again with snow to low levels, high winds and yet more rain. We are as soggy as can be already and can't seem to get time to dry out between storms.

It was around 8:30ish I had just signed off on the night shift and all Hello broke loose! We had hail the size of golf balls(my Lounge chair had about 3" of ice balls on it), lightening and thunder It was so bright and so loud then the wind started and then the rain! I got so scared that the youngest and I went into the hallway away from all the windows and I locked the cats in the windowless bathroom and the dog in her pen! It lasted about an hour and a half! This morning on the news 2 waterspouts were seen about 3 miles from me!
