Long, long day at work today. I was covering an assignment I don't normally handle and there were lots of cases. I'm so happy to be home. Furl is comfortable arranged on my legs and Digit is on the sofa near me. :)

I'll try to make this brief. Last weekend, older couple came to Lila's house inquiring about house for sale, bad neighbors. She said they have 3 kids, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths. Ok, they asked to see her place, not up for sale, but know nothing about mobile homes. Looking for son, firefighter, had stroke and trying to find him something his disability will afford him. they were willing to by hers at $75,000 on the spot. Neighbors want $70,000. Problem is ad says it's 11 years old, its 33 yrs old. Air conditioner is 3 yrs old, 33 years old as well.
Realtor and older couple come to see house. Big stain on living room carpet. Only 3 years old, carpet. Got into bathrooms, pee in one toilet, don't need to tell you what was in the other one. House a mess. Couple go over to lila's across the street, realtor comes out harrassed Lila about setting a "sting" type thing up. Lila says some words, Tina says more, realtor says alot and the woman is a wreck. I come home, all hell is breaking loose. Try to get the story, so afraid Lila is going to have a heart attack over this. Now guess what, Tina grabs the posse of the girl next door, neigbhor behind Lila and sit on the front porch. Lila tries to talk to Tina, she starts swearing her out again. Tina calls cops. great,now here we go again. Cop talks to Tina, but in the same time, Lila calls the people who came to look at the house and were sweared out by the realator. Cops goes into Lilas house to take statement. Friends back up story. park won't do anything right now. Lila called the manager, she was no help. If the cops have to be called again about a situation with Lila and Tina, both will get a citation for harrassment and it will be the same outcome of another situation betweeen tina and another family. Both got harrassment and a $300+ fine.
Please keep Grandma Lila in your prayers. I don't want her to leave here. We love her and are trying to protect her, but how do you do that with a sociopath (sp). thanks, Sorry so long, Lynn

Oh and Kay was in the mix of all this. Needless to say, I have a raging headache, shaking most of the night, and am afraid of what may come tomorrow. Prayers are welcome and the calming light of the TDK family. Thank You.

Oh, Lynn. I'm so sorry for the blowup between the bad neighbors and Lila! I hope she is OK. No wonder you have a raging headache with so much drama hitting the fan!! Is Lila's family nearby? Give Kay a hug from me and here is one for you! {hug}

Thanks, KW will hug Kay when I go to bed and am loving yours now. Just like most families, she has some nearby, but they do their own thing and contact her when convienient or need money. Not that the lady is wealthy by any means. We are probably more family than hers. She does have a son who is a detective in another city 2 hours or so away, but we are her constant. We do what we can. We only hope it is enough.

Temps got into the mid-80s today. I got to enjoy a little of the sunshine at lunch but had my nose to the grindstone the rest of the day!

Yeah, as a matter of fact, I'm attending a job seminar at the Snoqualmie Casino in Renton tomorrow as a result of job posting e-mails that our counselor from college has been sending us every week since June. So keep yer' fingers crossed!
