Now Spain is playing against the States and... losing... it was expected...

Hi Pipa's Mum!!! I too am loving the competition even though I'm not an extreme sports nut. It's really hard not to get swept up in all the games. I'm happy to see medals going to whomever manages to pull it off and get just as excited to see their joy. lol. I have to say..though..when Michael Phelps pulled off that 100 meter freestyle by 1/100th of a second...I was speechless *ever so briefly*...Glad you're enjoying the games with Javier! :D
Karen, you freaked me out, I hadn't watched that game yet. I had Tivoed it, when I saw your comment I went and watched it on fast farward just to see what happened with the score. We won by 37!!! Go USA

I've been up most of the night watching GB row, cycle, sail and swim into medals. Coverage started today at 0.30 with the women's marathon (6th 23rd and 25th) then swimming and cycling (well done Phelps) then sailing (2 golds YAY!)......... GO GB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
