    Leeny, and if the Gatorade bothers you by drinking it, try freezing it into popsicles or ice cubes or try Pedialyte mixed with kool-aid or juice. Please do call the doctor on Monday, a couple of years ago my bp was running @ 270/140 and the doctors kept saying I would have a stroke for sure if I didn't care for myself and take their concoction (?) of meds, its much better now but still spikes at times though not as high anymore.
