My avatar is of Rocky and Macey. Rocky is the long furred gray and white Turkish Angora, hogging the camera. Macey is the white long furred Turkish Angora who resently died a little less than a week ago from a coyote. They were about 3 months old when I took this picture. Their first birthday was on July 7th.

This is Gracie, though I will probably rotate with Emma and Thirry if I can get a good shot of Emma.
"Sneaks up behind Instinct and grabs a piece of flaming cheese and runs! Juggling Cheese and saying oh hot hot hot the whole way!"

This is my Libby, now five years old. She was a feral kitty -- for some of her kittenhood, her mum had her and her siblings living under my house and playing in my garden -- and her nickname back then was 'Staunch Kitty' as she specialised in ripping out her spay stitches with her bare teeth. She started worrying at them before I even got down the steps from the vet's office to the car. I took her back up and he put an Elizabethan collar on her. By the time she was home, the collar was off and she was under the bed. I thought I'd let her calm down -- five minutes later I realised she'd ripped out all her stitches. She had to go straight back to the vet's office and be stitched up again. A few days later she got the collar off again and pulled them out again, but this time the vet said there was enough 'stickyness' not to need to sew her up again. She still doesn't like vets...

This is my Spooky who I had for 18 years. She went to the bridge 9 years ago. I enjoy seeing her photo whenever I post.

This is Sylvester. He is my squishy, handsome, lovebug, sometimes lap cat and always in need of a belly rub cat. I will interchange with Mia later on.

This is Leela! at about 4 months. She was found in May in the rain and brought to a shelter, where my sister then fostered her for a few weeks. During that time, our 17 year old buddy Shaddo was losing his battle with kidney disease, and he died on June 9. Just 5 months prior, Jiggs, our handsome 16 year old Maine Coon went to The Rainbow Bridge. Leela is helping to dull the pain of our broken hearts and is a joy to be with us.
By the way, I don't know how I could have gotten thru losing both of the boys without TDK support. {{{hugs to you all!}}}Posted 3 years ago by JoanfromNewJersey #

This is Oliver. At a year and a half old he's been put on a diet (even though we were only feeding him 3/4 a cup a day before!) to prevent him from becoming ill in the future.

I have so many That I couldn't pick just one to show off. And their all loved,so I thought I'd take turns showing them all (well, the ones I have pics for). For now, I have Misty Blue. She's very lucky. Her & her brother Spunky were pulled out of a live power box on a day we were having 103 degree heat. There mama,Prettygirl was a first time mom & had no idea she was putting them in danger by hiding them their.
If I hadn't heard their faint meows that day...well,her & bro wouldn't be here today. She's 1 yr.4 mos. old & is a tuff girl, keeping her brothers Spunky & Rusty in their places. -
This is Sheba, my 13-year-old Himalayan, who I got from a breeder when she couldn't have any more kittens after having 2 c-sections, when she was 3. Actually, it will be 10 years ago tomorrow-I got her on Labor Day. I wish I could get all 3 together at once! Glad to see the old flaming pu-dao is still functioning.

This is Lady. She belonged to a family that lived in my mom's apartment complex. When they moved, they abandoned Lady to whatever might happen. Mom had already been feeding her every now and then, so just increased the frequency. When Mom moved, I went back to the complex for one last load. Lady came running up saying "here I am!! Don't leave me!" When I moved in with Mom seven years ago, Lady took to me and has been my shadow ever since. Mom will glare at her from time to time and say "You ungrateful thing! I rescued you, I took you to the spa, and who do you love? Her!" :D

I also have Ellie's brother Stink! He tricked me into picking him up about 10 days after Ellie came to live with us. He stunk when he was little and he still Stinks sometimes!
