Hi, Dorie and SM!!! I'm here, although maybe not for long. We watched a movie last night and Windi actually laid in my lap for most of it! So we're going to try our luck again tonight. We figure that:
1. She really missed us.
2. She's becoming a lap kitty due to her Feliway diffusers
or
3. She really likes baseball movies (we were watching For Love of the Game)Whatever, I'm willing to try again. Maybe I'll have a lap kitty after all!

The trip was really great. Some of husbands classmates have weathered differently than others :-)
Gettysburg was wonderful and I enjoyed every moment.... almost.
Four days with 91 year old mother in law.... well, more martinis, please!

Well, we are off to watch a movie and hopefully entice Windi to sit with me again. I have reordered Feliway. I can't help but think that those diffusers made a difference. She's not near as "spooky" as usual.

Dorie, I wish you much luck with the child support. Just state the facts. I am sure the judge will see through all of the problems of the last 10 years. He or she, is there to answer the call, you don't need to have contact with him, get in, get out, and go on your way. Let us know how you make out.

I have noticed recently that when I show up in posts that some people go away.
Since I have found this site a few years ago, I have found friends, information, and love. I know that everyone here doesn't always agree with posts, as we have all been witness to. Some of our friends have left this site. I don't want to be one of them. I have hurt some people here by my comments and it was unintentional. I just want to say, that if I have hurt you, know that it was not my intention. My mouth, in cyberspace, thinks before my head. I apologize for any hurtful words.

Hi Lynn! She is getting a C in both of her AP classes--not good. To pass you have to have an A or a B. We are half way through this 9 weeks so she doesn't have long to turn things around. She is most strssed about English. She has never had anything less than an A. I have reminded her she lives with an English teacher--she refuses to let me look at her papers let alone help her!
