Good night Lynn, sleep soundly. Ignore any Eekkkk's you hear, it'll just be KK and I having fun at each others expense.

Don't make me punch your bike light out, MS! Night Lynn.

She really did punch my bike light out. The look on her face when she did it was so funny, I think she scared herself.

I'm jealous of you two Kiwis. I don't have a sister, nor does Ladybug. My mother and her mother didn't have sisters, either. This whole "sisterhood" thing is way beyond my comprehension; in fact, I didn't have a single female friend until high school since there were also no girls anywhere near my age in my neighborhood.
I still have trouble being comfortable in the company of women. Here is the only place where I can.

Okay KK Ginny is safe! Max has refused and wont eat his liver at all anymore. Sunday night he had a few bites and left! So Vet is working on an iron supplement for me to give him!

I grew up with 2 older brothers Ginny and was an absolute tomboy for years. KK was a late addition and the brothers had left home when she was little and she was barely a teenager when I left too. It doesn't really matter which gender you have a great friendship with, it's the quality of that friendship. I believe you can still have a 'sisterhood' type friendship with a male.
Owwww, that was deep!Posted 3 years ago by Moonshadow_NZ #

Hi, MS, KK and Ginny! You have plenty of sisters here, Ginny!! :D
This is hubby's and my last day in Philly. We fly back to Oregon tomorrow afternoon. We went to two museums today--the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the American Swedish History Museum. We saw a special exhibit of quilts made by African American women in Gee's Bend, Alabama in the first museum and pieces of art made from lego bricks in the other! Hi, Ange!!! Go to the photo link I just posted. I took a picture of a painting of a Valkyrie at the American Swedish History Museum in Philadelphia. (They had a Nordic wing.)

Mmmmmmmmm liver, I love lambs liver. Just as well as I had to eat lots of liver and dark leafy greens when I was badly anaemic. LV, when we were kids and wouldn't eat something our parents would eat a bit to show it wasn't nasty, now you as a parent should be doing that too. :-)

MS ain't gonna happen! Sorry but the sight and smell of the chicken livers alone had me gagging! So sorry i will wait for the supplement!

Yes, ma'am, we fixed our own cheese steaks. The magic ingredient is the bread here in Philly.

I'm heading off now people, more lawns to mow and garden to weed. Be on NS later. Now you all behave yourselves.

KW that was very cool love the assending warrior spirits to Valhalla! The valkyrie was interesting too, but a bit masculine if you ask me! heeheehee

Bye, MS. Don't overdo!! :D
I think the valkyrie looked masculine partly because of the helmut she was wearing. The nose piece hung down well past her own nose. Anyway, I immediately thought of you when I saw it!

Great photos, KW. Sounds like you've had a wonderful time in Philly. Is it going to be a shock going back to work?

Lynn, I think that you are gone by now. We have been off watching a movie and I have been trying to entice Windi to sit with me. I had some success and will keep working at it.
And now, off to bed. Goodnight, Everyone!

Evening my friends, just kind of putzing around while getting ready for work ~ its my Friday!!! No big plans for my break except take Haje to the vet, he did something to his left rear leg and holds it up while hopping only when he absolutely must. Figure he jumped down and hurt it somehow, after all he is over 10 yrs old now and not a kitten any longer. I just hope its nothing serious, if it is then I will have to sign up for the CARE credit with the vet to pay for his bill. So be checking in sometime before I leave for work, if I miss anyone, sleep well and have a great day tomorrow.
