   Hey:D,

   I was wondering since this is my 1st kitten, what age should your kitten be when you 1st take them to the vet??:)

   first shots are at 8 weeks, second shots at 12 weeks, then it depends on the vet when to neuter, some will do it at 3 lbs, some wait until 5 to 6 months, by then the boy's testicles should have descended by then.

   but of course, if your kitty appears ill, take them in...

   Thanks, the little one is 5 weeks old:) i don't know how the vet will handle him he's a little rascal when around other people:)
