Kewl Beanz!!
My first thought too!
Sooo Beautiful! Bless you for taking this boy in. I would love him like there is no tomorrow!
Mmmm… Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans…
Beautiful baby — sad about his origin and eyes, but he is obviously well loved to make up for it.
Amen- thanks for the kindness and love for this sweet kitty!!!!
Morning HM, hope that you are feeling ok today.
this is one cute little kitten. Glad to hear that he is safe after being rescued for a dumpster.
My two furrkids say hello1
I am good this a.m. Greycat. I was a little miffed at my breakfast because they scrambled my eggs until they were the consistency of styrofoam. Why oh why do people think you need to scramble the taste right out of an egg. But I threw the eggs away and just ate the sausage. At least IT was good!!!
You guys are TOOOO fast! A sad story with a happy ending.
Who’d throw away such a beautiful chocolate furbaby? 🙁 At least someone had the heart to save Beanz. All he needs is a yellow furbaby named Cornbred. 😆
Why? They would only have a fight. Beanz would knock cornbread clean outta sight. Cornbread would then say “That’s ok, I’ll get you another day”
Did your dad or stepdad sing that song, too?
My mom was actually the one who sang it. Probably because we had beans & rice every Monday with cornbread (for my dad – he loves that stuff). Ah, memories.
(I’m one of those rare people who’s parents stayed together and still WOULD be together if my mom hadn’t passed away).
What a sweet little Beanz!
Cornbread & beans – funny how homesick that can make me…I long for good ol’ American cookin’!
Beanz needs a white sibling named Ricz
Then we could have Beanz & Ricz.
Or a sibling named Porken
You guys–I’m LMAO!!!!
Lovely little Beanz-snuggle bear.
Or a brother named Fuller, so you could call them “Fuller Beanz.”
How about naming a sibling Hume?
Then you could have a house with Hume and Beanz! (say it fast!) 😆
I got a million of ’em!
Everyone’s a comedian this morning!!! 😉
Not Ginny 😀
Never. 😆
Awe, how sweet, and so glad you found him! 🙂
or a sibling named Pease… 😆
So happy for Beanz rescue! He looks so content now that he has some loving care.
What a handsome kitty. Great job rescuing this little guy and his family!
Poor little Beanz! At least he’s got the benefit of Heinz sight.
Groan! 😉
Someone had to make a Heinz joke – and that was a good ‘un!
Aww! I was looking at the picture before I read the story and I knew something was up with his eyes. They didn’t ‘look’ normal. I’m really happy that you rescued him! He looks very fuzzy. Bet he’s a real cuddle-bug too, right?
…. or Beanz and Bakin for HM …
Hi Everyone!
I wish we could get the rest of the story for some of these
little fur babies that have been saved! Like updates..
Beanz is precious!
What a sweetheart! Kittenmaster, I had to relogin this morning, will this happen on a regular basis?
What a beautiful little fuzzball! I love his tufty ears and eyebrows! thank goodness he was rescued from the dumpster and has found a loving, furrever home!
Hello TDKr’s – Beanz is utterly adorable! Please pass him my way in the sharing circle – fluffy, purring fuzz is what I need today…
What a handsome baby!!! I am so glad you rescued him. He looks contented and very loved!!! Right now he looks like he is saying I have a safe home, and boy am I ever happy!!!!!
Two of my babies were fished out of a dumpster at the age of 2 weeks. They have blessed my life for over three years now. You can find some of the most wonderful things in dumpsters can’t you?
What a wonderful fluffball/ and so wonderful to be in a safe loving home…does he have a brother named porkz? Love to have hime 🙂
Beanz, glad that you found a good home buddy…nice coloring, very handsome fella. Sorry about the beginning of your life, but things will be good for you here on out >^..^
My Squint has poor eyesight too, but it doesn’t stop him from enjoying life to the fullest!
What a handsome kitty
what a sweet little face. i love the dark gray nose and mouth, that match that handsome fur. beanz looks content and happy, despite his eye infections.
A beautiful baby! I’ve never seen a cat with chocolate brown fur before. Sorry about the eyes but what a relief to know this story had a happy ending.
Grrrrrr! ¤%&%#&¤, to the ‘person’ who discarded kitties like trash and warm thanks to her/him who saved them.
Ok, I must admit, I would try dumpster diving if I knew I could find such a treasure as Beanz. He is so Handsome. God Bless his owners for giving him a chance at a happy life.
What a sweetie. I am so glad that he has found a furever home.
TESTING—FINALLY, AFTER ALL THIS TIME, FIGURED OUT HOW TO REPLY.
IF THIS WORKS I HAVE EGGS BENEDICT AND MIMOSA’S
mmmmmm Bring those to the breakfast chat! Welcome to TDK
Dumpster diving sure pays off. This poor baby’s eyes! Glad you rescued him.
he is so precious! what a treasured “find”!!
Even Stevens FUZZ!!!
Awww!
Beanz, Beanz, good for your heart. . . 😆
That’s wrong on sooo many levels! 😀
BEANS, BEANS, THE MAGICAL FRUIT
THE MORE YOU EAT, THE MORE YOU TOOT
THE MORE YOU TOOT, THE BETTER YOU FEEL
SO LET’S HAVE BEANS FO EVERY MEAL !!!
What a lovely fuzzy baby! What a relief that there are still kind people out there who rescue the little ones in need.
Beanz is one very lucky boy and cute too. Beanz is now living the good life thanks to some wonderful caring angels. Hope his mom and siblings are as fortunate.
Rescuers of dumpster babies or any rescuer of a throw away pet are the best. Angels to be sure.
My Boceephus was thrown out and he fit in my hand when i found him.I had for 16 wonderful, loved and never alone (me) years. I am also addicted to this web site. All my babies were found/adopted. My dad paid 50c to the paper boy for our first cat Mittens. I was 7. It started my love affair with cats. though, if i had my way I would adopt everything!!
I can attest to the fact that dumpster kitties are the best!!!
I can’t believe people can be so cruel to little furbabies… fortunately the number of loving people seems to be about equal to the heartless ones. I am so happy to think that Beanz has people to love him. He is a little black beauty and I am sure he gets around well in spite of his vision loss. Cats are amazing creatures!
I beat Beanz is “full of beans”…as my Mom used to say when we were overly rambunctious! He’s a beautiful cat and I am so happy to hear that he is well loved!
I mean I “bet” Beanz! I would never beat Beanz!
Hey People,
I’m new here but I just wanted to say how precious I thought
Beanz is. I hope whoever put him and his siblings in that dumpster finds out what Karma is… and fast!
I have enjoyed the photos for sometime now. Finally thought I
would sign-up.
Have a great day everyone!
-al.
Welcome to TDK! Beanz really is precious.
Welcome Al! This is a fun site.
Welcome to our group. Be sure to check out the TDK chat site, too.
Welcome! Have you helped yourself to some breakfast yet over in the cafe?
I love him. Thank you for having a big heart.
Nobody, but nobody, can keep Beanz down! He’s a beautifully regal kitty.
He’s wonderful! I hope his mama and siblings are well also.
In college, I had an adorable gray kitty my roomie rescued from the dumpster. We named him “Nermal” (after “the wrold’s CU-U-U-U-U-TEST kitten!” in the “Garfield” strip). He lived with my parents for 15 years until they moved to Florida to be closer to me. By that time, Nermie was spending so much time at the next-door neighbors’ house, they and my parents decided he’d be happier living with them than moving.
I seem to be a bit lysdexic today; it should have said “world’s”
Dumpster Diving FUZZ, literally!
Legally blind FUZZ 🙁
What a precious fluff–blessings to those who save these little ones.
Beanz is a very handsome chap – I’d have to get him a pal called Mash though.
(well, you guys have already nicked the best jokes… 😉 )
Well you could have suggested a sibling named Refreyed.
Then you could have claimed the ethnic dish with Refreyed Beanz.
how sweet
Beanz is such a handsome and adorable fella. Bless his little heart, so glad he now has a good home. Hugs to you Beanz.
We used to refer to a cat’s purring…as boiling his beans. 🙂
It DOES sound like boiling beans, Renee!! 🙂
*Grrrr..grumble grumble* didn’t see the “remember me”checkbox yesterday so I had to sign in all over again….but it was worth it…Beanz is a very handsome boy….has a very haughty look about him though….as if to say, “I’m the king and you’d better believe it!”
Beanz is such a beautiful boy,he is so regal.
Beanz that will melt the heart. This little fella looks just like my foster…Misty blue…only he’s alittle darker. What a great rescue story 🙂
Beanz is a very handsome fellow!
Love all the fuzzy hair!
Beanz, Beanz, he’s good fer’ me heart; the closer he scampers, the ‘appier I art! Wotta’ delightful little dustmop(and I use that lovingly) he is! This guy’s gonna develop second sight, just you wait! What an awful introduction to this beautiful world though…Grrrrr…. don’t even get me started, you’ll not like where I end up. Happy to see he’s got a new Kingdom full of subjects, YAY!
Thank you for rescuing Beanz and his siblings and mom. Hope they are all in their furever homes.
Curses and Neg energy to whatever could do that. (Notice I said WHAT not WHO).
I have to ditto everyone else’s jokes – I immediately thought of Rice. Nothing better than a big pot of beans ‘n’ rice to make me think of home.
Yum.
One more thing – he looks blue to me, not chocolate.
Purrs and hugs.
I’m w/you aristabobbi. He looks gray-blue with maybe a hint of brown. Either way…he’s a beauty…gotta love ’em cuz he’s to cute not to
Beanz there done that!!!
To cute!!
Dumpster kittens are the best I had one named Trash 🙂 Lived with me for 15 years. She’s now at the rainbow bridge waiting for me!
Love the name, I’ll bet he’s full of them! Or has the cutest paw pads in the world, one of the two. Thank you for your kindness in rescuing this poor little kitty. I get the feeling he is not purring impaired!. Us folks who can’t keep pussycats can do our bit and really try to get the spay/neuter message out there.
I was going to say he has grampa eyebrows…
Then I read his story. What a horrible person to dump him and his siblings! I’m very glad someone found them.
Beanz is very cute, and I just love all black cats!
Poor baby….I’m so glad he has the love and care he deserves after such a rough start. Beautiful Beanz.
What a wonderful looking cat. Black beanz.
what a precious baby, reminds me of rocky as a baby. so glad he and his family have good homes
*picks up the soft bundle of fur for a dose of soothing kitty cuddles and purrs*
Such a beautiful little baby! I once had a blind cat. We didn’t know he was blind until he had to go to the animal hospital after a fight with two dogs. My cat won the fight — the two dogs were running by the time I got outside to see what was happening. He recovered from his injuries and remained an indoor outdoor cat all his life. Just goes to show that blind kitties can lead normal, happy lives.
*gives cuddly little Beanz another snuggle before setting him down to play*
He looks very happy. I’m sure he knows he’s loved. Thank you for saving him. You take the kittens that were thrown away and I’ll take the older cats who were abandoned. Together we’ll be sure every feline has a home.
What a beautiful little boy..and what a beautiful person you are for saving him…
how horrible for this poor kitten and his family, in a dumpster and ill, and most likely thrown away or abandoned 🙁
thanks for rescuing them, and for introducing beanz to us. hope he is happier and healthier now…
what a lil sweetheart. i hope they all went to good homes. i absolutely love the name Beanz! sooo cute and love the spelling, one of my kitties is actually nicknamed beans or beanie…lol..
anyway, i’m glad Beanz’s blindness doesn’t seem to affect him adn that he gets around okay. he’s gorgeous! 🙂
He is absolutely gorgeous and looks to be a very peaceful cool kitty – thank you for giving him a home!
I am trying to post a comment on “Beanz” and for some reason having trouble. PLEASE post this/let Beanz owners know—I rescued a kitten whose eyes look JUST like Beanz, and a trip to an animal opthamologist(eye surgeon) told us my kitten had “his eyelashes turned inwards instead of normal”. We could not see this, but every time he blinked(often) his lashed scratched his eyes. It required surgery($300),but now he is much more active and I know he is no longer in pain(we feel loads of guilt that we had him for months before taking him to a specialist…regular vet did not catch this problem even though she examined him. PLEASE HELP ME MAKE SURE BEANZ PARENTS KNOW TO HAVE THIS BIRTH DEFECT CHECKED FOR,HOPE IT DOES NOT APPLY TO HIM,BUT HAVE TO MAKE SURE! Thanks fellow catlovers,Becky
OH MY GOD u truely are a beauty. I would love to have u.
Beanz is truly a beautiful little boy. Thank you for providing him with a forever home! He reminds me of my furry black Katie when she was little. While it appears his eyes are close together now wait until he grows up. Katie was the same way. Her eyes were so close together she was homely as a “teenager” but what a beauty lady she has grown up to be. Even though he is lost much of his eyesight, it seems like he can look right through a person. I agree with an earlier message that says he’ll develop a precognitive second sight. May you have a happy life together with kitty snuggles, purrs, and loving moments.
Blessings,
bodhileaf
