Autumn & Misty
Location: Sebring, Florida, USA
Autumn and Misty are my new kittens. I adopted them from a great rescue organization in south Florida. I was going to adopt another kitten and had done the paper work and then she passed away unexpectedly. That kitten’s mother was pregnant and they offered me one of her kittens in place of the first one. I decided to wait. It was several weeks and finally, on September 30, 2012 the kittens were born. I ended up adopting two. I decided they needed each other for company. At twelve weeks they were ready to leave the rescue and come home, so just before Christmas I brought them to my home. They are such a joy! They love to wrestle and play with all their toys. Autumn is the gray and white one and Misty looks like a Siamese (like her mother), but they are littermates!

Misty just looves giving her sister her bath. Autumn is enjoying her bath, too. Littermates are so precious. Well, all kittens are precious but together, your girls will bring you much lovings and playing for years to come. Thank you for providing Miss Autumn and Miss Misty their furever home.
“Good things come to those who wait.” Sorry to hear about the other kitten. Sometimes they’re born with a defect and don’t make it. Autumn and Misty are gorgeous girls. What happy times you’ll have with them. Bless you for taking them both.

Autumn is enjoyed being groomed as much as her sister Misty is enjoying grooming her. Bless you for adopting them from a shelter. They look like such sweet kittens. I want to gently squeeze that cute little foot of Autumn’s….Many happy years with both your new fur kids!
Oh,what a pair! We once had a Tonk who looked a little like Misty.
Rescuing two is a kind act by itself, but it will pay you back with a couple for friends for life.
Thank you for all your kind words. Autumn and Misty are a delight. Their mother was taken into the rescue with her three older kittens and she was already pregnant again. She has been spayed after these kittens were weaned and has been adopted into a loving home with another kitten (a little older than her own) who she bonded with after her own were weaned. She is a natural mother. She started mothering this other kitten when her’s were separated from her and now they are together furever!
Oh such sweet kitty bliss. I love it when they groom each other.
